Old photo.. but one of my favorites.. It was in the deep seas exhibit at the aquarium (hence no light).. What else could I do with it?.. it was scanned (mind the dust spots...lol)

A bit of PS.

Levels adjustment, noise reduction, saturation boost.

The noise reduction gives it a nice luminous airbrushed feel that works quite well I think.

Fabulous shot, lovely composition.

perhaps clone out the lettering on the neck strap, I think it detracts from the scene

I love the edit. The suggestion to clone out the lettering on the neckstrap seems to be a good one. Otherwise, really nice edit.

Thanks for the input.. It's sooo bizare to see another view of it when this shot has been framed on my wall for so long It does look 'nicer' brightened up.. I left it the original way in the first place beause I liked the spookienss of it.
I never even thought of cloning out the lettering! I love this site.

i really like the spooky nature of it as well. i think maybe if you bumped up the contrast a little and did a tad bit of editing, not too much, it'd look great.. already a cool image though. nicely done..

I really like that shot. Very surreal. I agree with the neck strap. I like both versions as they create different moods.Very nice piece of ART *
