I think you need to resize this to 800 pixels so we can get a look at it. Its alittle small to offer a critique on. Looks promising though....

I think the easiest thing that would have improved this image would have been a longer zoom that would have gotten more detail out of the deer, while also zooming past the branches that stick in the from the top. Thats my main complaint.

Its a cute moment and one you are lucky to have captured.

You were a bit stingy with the size of your image. It's hard to do anything with something that little. But I think something like this would work. I know, it isn't very clear. But you get the idea.

you need more lens.. definately not enough focal length here at all.. plus as the crop shows, its really quite soft..
