Rockland Psyciatric Center, this was taking in color converted to IR than used some curves to darken the sky and trees.

excellent, has an eeriness to it. my husband's grandmother spent some time there...they used to tell him she "worked" there...but we know better now .

Hi Julie, Still need to explore more of this only 1 building we were in. It's huge so many buildings. We were talking to security guard there and he was telling us how he used to work there at sometime and was telling us the history. I actually think the newer building which is in use right now is freaky looking.

if the town has their way it will all become a sports complex soon..... ongoing debate for years as to what's to be done with the property. i didn't know it was still in use at all. so they let you photograph here or did you guys sneak around?

The outside was no problem, security said we could. Plus there are people walking around not sure if some are patients or not. There is actually a brand new building in use on the same grounds. As for inside the buildings taking photo's
