Hi,

Foreground is very sharp - you got the details really well there. The DOF i feel has the same issues (although not as strong) as your other ducky shot.

Nice colours - but unfortunately on the OOF duck!

When i say "killed" i mean i edited it out using photoshop, not with a gun LOL

lol yea he does have feathers on his beak, i didn even notice, i think i wil leave em on ther.



thanks for suggestions, i wasnt sure about the oof ducks in both shots, but ur contribution has lead me towards what i was contemplating

hi Ken i think this is a great shot very sharp, if you intended the backgroundto beoof you did a good job.

The edited version is better. I hope you've got a hunting license for all these ducks you're killing off!

I think both are acceptable in terms of composition. Second obviously help simplify things. Nice clean feel to the exposure. lovely shot. Excellent presentation. Just shows how much it can help to finish and show of an image.

Very nicely done, Ken.Personally prefer thesecond shot, but both works as stated by LBoy.
