Fantastic shot, you were either really close or this is a massive crop.

All I could say to improve the photo is warm it up a bit - though it may be may monitor.

Thanks frenchy and thanks John, it was really close but I also did crop to concentrate on the head and shoulders/wing, I was zoomed into 210mm and took a "Half- Body" shot, which I then cropped to get the Head and shoulders only.
