Great shot again. Another stock photoesque image. The watch is a little slow though as it is 10.42 am.

Well spotted Syd, if my watch had a date display, you would notice it is a couple days slow:-)

John,

As Syd says, very Product/stock phot-esque. Nice work on catching the second hand motion, was that because of the 5 second shutter speed you used? Great Job!

Actually John, I think your watch may have stopped completely as it is now 16:31 and your watch is still reading 10:14

Superb John - that stunt with the 5 sec exposure is really clever - got me thinking a great deal on other possbilities.

John,

Not much to add on this one, except that I think it's a really cool shot. The 5 seconds makes the shot.

Best,

-Ben

I have to agree. Don't have a lot to add but I love the shot. There seems to be a halo of sorts around the watch but I actually like it. Was that intentional?

Thanks everyone for the comments. The 5 second exposure was complete fluke, I only noticed the effect when I loaded it onto my PC. I set the camera to the aperture I wanted and it happened to give me a 5 second exposure.

JunixRose - to answer your question, I'm not sure about the halo you are referring to, I can't see it on mu monitor, so its also completely accidental.
