not at all, they are wonderfull examples of night time photography. I hope you dont mind but I have a few questions:

What time of night and what time of the year are the shots taken?

What shutter speed and aperture did you use?

Thats it, interrogation over! :-)

Both are good shots, but I especially like the blurred, ghostlike version (#1). And the angle is wonderful - the shot has an extraordinarly dynamic, energetic feel. This may be the best shot of a very good series.
