I think that first shot is pretty far out. Very atmospheric.

Hi crosshair,

Although I'm an Australian I've never been to Sydney (just the airport) though I have been to quite a number of other Australian cities and places.

Your photos capture very interesting perspectives / angles and details. I agree with Syd, I especially think the 1st shot is "atmospheric" (good adjective, Syd!) - and the trees on the right provide a real Aussie gum tree / nature feel to it. Are there some more tree shadows actually on the opera house itself or what?

I also like the last one, interesting... I never knew the opera house was textured like that. You did well with the exposure on that one. Cool.

Bridge one is nice too... reminds me of a sort of London UK place that seems to exist in my memory (I lived there for 6 years).

Paul (now in Romania!)

Hi,

First shot is so cool... very x-files looking... also the last one is nice too the rainbow? Like the lines and simplicity on that one but that first one is really something.

G'day there,

actually I love the first as well. And if you imagine, for those that are Aussies out there, you could well envisage the Opera House being out in the desert with the way the shot has been taken.

I shall asume also that the pic of the harbour bridge was taken from down along George St near Circular Quay. Correct me if I am wrong but to the right of that shot across the street is the Modern Museum of Sydney and to the left there is a small plaza and gift shop area.

I am only guessing as I used to work as a courier driver up there and that bus stop sign looks familiar

Anyway nice shots, got any more?

Ollie
