I was at a friend's house with my D70s with the Tamron 90 mm 2.8 mounted on it and took some pictures of his cat.

I like this picture the most but i feel it needs some PP but i don't know what.
I've only sharpened it a bit with pictureproject, that's my only way to edit NEF pictures right now, next week i receive my new computer so i will be able to install PS.

Any techniques/hints/comments??
thnx, Fong

What a handsome cat! I like the portrait. But you can't see his right eye. Does he ever smile?

Hi thanks for the replies.

Yazzy: is that an eye from a other cat you've inserted or had you brighten her own eye up?

In Dutch, her name is Watje, roughly translated it would be Cotton in English

some nice jobs fixing that dark eye. My suggestion for the next shot would be to reflect some of that light into the shadows. If you don't have a reflector you can use a piece of white poster board. You could also use fill flash, but I like the natural lighting better.
