Hi everyone

Recently I went on a surf trip with a couple of bodyboarders to document a new spot for a magazine. After 4 nights, boredom kicked in and here are some of the results. Please let me know what you think...

Hi Dashboardgyno

The process is really simple. You set a slow shutter speed - 4 seconds or longer, lock the focus on the subject using the popup flash, then close the close. Take the shot and while the shutter is open, light the subject up with another flash, move the subject and light them up again with a flash.

If you don't have a spare flash, you can use a torch to create a similar effect.
