Nice shots with very good color balance in the composition. The first, with butterfly is definitely a keeper. In the second, it appears that your focus was on the leaves rather than the blossoms. I probably would have used the flower as focal point, or just gone with a smaller aperture to get more DoF.

A friend of mine down South has a Mimosa, and it is nearly always thick with hummingbirds when in bloom. Those should be fun to get shots of.

I agree the firstpicis one of my favorites, the second just got screwed up.

The mimosa tree in my backyard is really awesome looking when in bloom as well, it grows like crazy and there's always birds and butterflies on it. In the winter it just looks creepy. haha

1st shot is nice

very shapr, nice colour and great capture with butterfly

2nd shot looks like a huge gust of wind came just as you clicked the blurred it
