It took me forever to get my dog to stay out of the picture, apparently he was jealous of the rose cuz it was being photographed and he wasn't.

Tis a nice rose you have there LK.

Needs some contrast and it probably a bit overesposed. I did a quick crop and edit. Hope you don't mind too much. I added a fair bit of contrast and changed some of the colour levels and then softened it up a tad as well. I probably overdid it a tad but oh well you get that.

i take most my pics of the flowers in the late afternoon, because that is when i used to get home from school. School is out now though so i'll have more flexability.

I can see that the light was a problem here. This is just an edit using a bit of selective coloring, the rose is lovely so i thought Id try to make it stand out.
