Selective colouring is very striking

B&W conversion is nice. Quite like the contrst also.

I would maybe try cloning out tht wall i thnk it is by the right side of the garage to try to emphisise the form of the garage and draw the eye in a little more.

i think the form of the garage is much more obvious and i think tht small alteration has added a lot more value to the shot

It is a nice shot, but I feel the selective coloring only cheapens it. The Toro sign becomes the center of interest. I'd prefer the shot with no selective coloring.
