I need advice on how to take nice portraits of people outdoor.* My brother graduated recently and I tried taking some candid portraits outside after the ceremony.* Here's one of two portraits I like but would like to improve.* Comments/suggestions/critiques welcome.

G'day,

well only three things for these two shots. Firstly the first shot is a little overexposed, secondly the second shot is a little underexposed and thirdly the second shot could do with cloning out the person in the background. Other then that though, they seem like nice semi candid portrait shots.

Oh and maybe a touch more colour in each to emphasis the flowers and garments, but not too much. You will need a little contrast in the second too.
