Ive been working at improving my portrait shots for some time now. Still don't have it down as well as I might like but am posting a few for critique and any opinions on improvement or are they Ok as is?

This is a great shot, but a bit too soft for my taste. Other than that, it is wonderful.

Right idea but I agree, it is a little too soft for my taste also.

i like the angle and the pp of the shot but yes i also think its a bit too soft

Sorry, this one is out of focus.

Pity as it has some compositional merit.
