i took this photo when i was in DC and i am still wondering why the sky came out so dark blue... i didnt use a polarizer or any filter of any kind and did no pp besides resize... any suggestions on why... any comments on the photo itself?


ps yes i know its really "jaggy" but thats only due to resize... w/o resize it looks very smooth

I like the blue.

Probably the exposure was calculated for the white face of the building, which resulted in the sky being underexposed, in a sense.
