No photoshop, straight from D50, she will kill me if she found out I posted this ,I would like some critique please,I opted for Elinchrom due to the fabulous lighting ofFrank Doorhof (thank you frank)

Apologies for the backdrop, its an old window blind hung over the fridge shot in a tiny kitchen

Hi, I find that the photo is really nice, and find no distruction from the background even more it's very interesting.

I would only do some PSD on her left under eye skin as beeing little different and doesn't look nice......

Why she would kill you when she can be very satisfied with your photography....

give us some more..

Zak

i agreed with the comment of the under eye... did a sloppy edit... hope you dont mind... and i like the backdrop... the blue helps her eyes come through and add some interesting contrast

Very nice shot. The backdrop is great. I sets off her eyes while contrasting (in a good way) with her hair. The backdrop is also interesting without being distracting. Again, very nice. Also, I suspect it almost impossible to take a bad pic of Tommysmum.

Sorry for bringing back an old topic but may I inquire which Elinchrom setup did you use for these pics?

I eventually found it last night but I wanted to be sure.
PRoblem is I'm in the US and not the UK. Seems Elinchrom is much more difficult to find here.
