Nikon D50 with 70-300mm Sigma APO DG Macro
The crop is too tight, but these kinds of shots are just a spur of the moment type thing!

#2 seems to be OK, except the red stufs wich distract from the subject and the missing front of the car. Keep going!

I agree with the last comments. With regard the first shot, I think the background is too distracting. Keep trying though!

Yeah, I agree. It is very hard to avoid getting cones in the pictures during autocross!

Yeah, I agree. It is very hard to avoid getting cones in the pictures during autocross!
i think you miss to read the forum guidlines #4 :?

first pics, blown sky, background tittle distruction to me, i dont know why you cut a piece of car while there's plenty of space in front.

i also agree that the cones is distructing.

thanks for sharing, beauty is always defend to the eye of beholder.

Sorry about the dual pictures.

The first shot was very tough to expose because of the bright sky, so I purposely blew the sky out. I think it gives it sort of a "nuclear bomb in the background" effect that makes it seems more dangerous.

The car in the second shot was moving very fast, so I chopped it off
