I took this picture and I cant seem to get it to look right.

Isee how so many other pictures turn out nice and clear. Anyone have any help or suggestions on this picture?

I will post the original and my version (not so good?)

While I am very much a newbie when it comes to editing images, I did give this a try! I hope you don't mind. Tweaks in PSE 4 ... levels, saturation, unsharp mask ... and noise reduction with Neat Image.

I usually start out with amount 100%, radius 1.0 pixels and threshold 0 and adjust from there. Usually my adjustment is with radius.Again, I'm just starting out ... I'm sure others here can give you more detailed pointers.Regarding tweaks like levels, saturation, contrast, etc ... I usually just play around with the adjustments until the image looks good to me. Then I post it here and almost always get great suggestions.
