2013 In; the Lights

"Each year at New Years the State of ND display the year in lights on all 4 sides of the state capitol building. Usually the weather is rather cool and this year was no exception with the temp being below zero. Fingers and camera both freeze up rather quickly so it is a matter of getting the shot before freeze up. Exposure was at about .5 sec at f/3.5 at an ISO of 800."
