I'm looking at purchasing an HP Photosmart 3210 all in one printer/copier/scanner. All things said it appears to be a good printer however some of my digging has uncovered that they have had a history of paper feed issues. However that data was from earlier in the year. Furthermore it appears that HP warrantied the printers and sent "refurbished" ones (people described them as "new" or "overstock", not used in any way) to the folks that had issues, the replacement units havedifferent paper feed rollers installed which to my knowledge solved the problem.
Does anyone know if HP made any changes to correct this meaning that if I buy a new one does it have the updated rollers in it already? Given the amount of time since this model came out I would think that HP would have changed the production spec to correct something like this.
