Hello All,

Ive been scratching my head about this problem as it doesnt seem to fit under the normal printer error problems people have with this type of printer.

I have an R200, which is about 14 months old and for some reason today it decided to have a paper jam error after I turned it on. There was no paper jammed so I pressed the paper button, it fed a sheet half way through and then stopped. At no point did the paper jam light stop flashing.

I have check the CD tray and I do get an error if I turn the printer on with it open so the sensor must be working for that part of it.

So my question is how do I solve this permanent paper jam problem?

Cheers,
Tom

You may have a small paper scrap caught somewhere.

Also try unplugging the printer or switching off at the wall for twenty minutes or so.
