We are using 2 iP5000 printers for DVD printing... here in the USA. I installed the rollers in both printers. one printer, after a few months, started having this problem where it would not load the tray unless I forced it under the inner nylon rollers. They normally raise as the tray moves in so the tray can get under them. Take for instance today.... I have printed about 100 discs, and this morning the printer decided to raise the rollers for about 20 DVDs and then went back to its usual condition of making me force feed it.
Anyone have an idea? can this be fixed? I can't ask Canon to fix it because this DVD printing is not supported here in the states! arrgggg
