I have ip6600D is it waste ink reset problem?

See menu error here

I enter service menu like this:

1. Start with the printer OFF
2. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
3. release RESUME
4. press RESUME twice, then release POWER
5. Let green light blink until printer is done moving print head.

Press resume 4 times to reset ink waste counter. But it does not reset and the green light is not on like it should be. It is blinking while in service mode.

In service mode:

See video blinking error here:

Could you make the picture a thumbnail it's to big.

The error is a purge tank error. The printhead may be stuck in the dock area or there could be something stuck over there like some paper, tape, hair, etc.

1. Turn off the printer and unplug it.

2. Slide the printhead to the left, look around the right side to see if the pads are up to high or if debris is caught up in the gears. Sometimes just pushing the pads down some will fix the problem.
