Default Sticking of prints to plastic sheet protectors

After printing with HP psc 2210 (all in one), the dark colors seem to stick to Avery clear plastic sheet protectors creating a "wet look". This is even after the photo print has been allowed to dry for one to two days.

Is this a common problem with HP inks and printers?

Would photo dye inks with Canon or Epson printers eliminate this problem? What printers or soultions would you recommend?

I believe this is a common problem. I have not tried it but I understand their are now sprays that can be applied. You might check out http://www.digitalartsupplies.com/prpr.html to see if that is what you are looking for.
