NRaygun Hi,
Yeah simple....! Draw square/circles or whatever in MS word and simply fill the design with the colour of your choice.

I use three squares with two more overlapping squares over the bottom of the middle/left and middle/right squares (like the olympic hoops).
The colours I use are black, blue and red, yellow & green
If you did larger squares there is a good chance of using these to clean the print heads saving a fair amount of ink, you may need in this case to print a couple of sheets or so to blow the ink through the heads - this way you can be sure to be using the three main colours evenly - plus you only need to use the colour that needs cleaning.
