When printing photos from the cassette?

Try inserting the 'glossy' in the top feeder, this avoids the paper doing a U turn, thus damaging the surface. There is comment on this somewhere else in this section of the forum, I understand that Canon are aware of the problem and haven't come up with a solution, the best bet is to use the bottom feeder for non-glossy material.
