Many of the plugins and filters written for PS also work with PSP. Does anyone know if the Neat Image plugin will work with PSP? I can always use the standalone program but I would prefer to use it from PSP.

The Noise Ninja plug-in can only be used in Photoshop CS and CS2 – at least the last time I checked. But Neat Image has a wide range for their plug-in. Their list:
Photoshop CS2 / CS / 7 / 6 / 5
Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 / 3
Corel / Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7 / 8 / 9
Ulead PhotoImpact 8 / 10 / XL
Corel Photopaint
Microsoft Digital Image Pro

A plug-in is much better IMO. You can select the edges and inverse, applying a decent dose of noise reduction without blurring the edges. You can just apply noise reduction to those areas that need it using selections. And the workflow is a lot better overall.
