Maxsamsung Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2008 Posts: 441	Epson Pro 7500 Hi, Had to fit new heads to the printer, now i am getting an Error code Service 00020000 Have been told i need a Firmware disc to restore the Memory??? Have tried Epson here in the U.K. not very helpful Anyone any ideas what i can do Any help would be appreciated !! Regards Tom
