Default baseline 10 JPEG?

Hi there! It's been awhile since I posted. Hope someone can help. I want to submit some test to WHCC and can't seem to find how to change my images to a baseline standard, level 10 JPEG? I use light room and cs4. When I size to 8x10 300ppi and save...it dumps it back into lightroom. When I click save as it doesn't give me a JPEG option???? Strange, huh?

So where in cs4 can I change the baseline to 10??

Thanks

Jen

As I recall, Lightroom is a development of Pixmantec's Rawshooter program, and from what I remember, you have to use the 'Convert' dialog to be able to save the photo as a jpeg. You should be able to select 300dpi in Lightroom, and resize as necessary before converting and saving.
