I try to use the crop mark butit comes out on one right and bottombut didn't come out ontop and left. Why?

If I use corner mark, the corner mark is too big ?

Is there related setup requirement with border to use the crop mark or corner mark? Is there any way to customerise the color or width of these?

Sounds like you are just expecting the crop marks to appear in "impossible" locations. If you print a full page print or one where the print is located at the top/left of the page (as it would be if you use a placement option like "Optimal" or "Compact"), Qimage cannot extend crop marks into an area where your printer cannot print. It simply cannot print crop marks or guide lines at the top or left because your print is already at the top/left corner of the printable area and there is no room left above or to the left of the print. If your print is smaller than the page, you can use "Center" or "Optimal/Spaced" placement to center the print on the page and give room for crop marks on all sides.
