Default Qimage is making images look very light

I've been working with the trial version and am slowly learning the advantages of this quite complex software.

After about 1 hour of successfuly playing with options and doing some test prints, I noticed that images in a folder had suddenly changed to look very light. Funy thing was it was not all images. some were OK.

The images were OK when viewed in other applications such as Photoshop, but in QImage they were very pale.

What gives? Is there some option I've accidentally activated?

There are several settings that could cause that. For example, you may have selected an improper ICC profile under "Mntr ICC", "Prtr ICC", or both. You could have also activated the global filter by checking "G. Filter" at the bottom right of the main window.

I would suggest clicking "Help", "Reset all program settings" to see if the problem goes away since that will restore default settings.
