Have tried figuring out for 3 days, and have done search. Found one method which didn't work for me.

Using Canon IPF-5100. Paper is 17 x 22. Qimage v 20009.209. Am not using the PS plugin. The printer leaves a 2" border at bottom, which is apparently normal. Best I've been able to achieve is 1" border top and bottom, 2" border both sides. I guess what it's doing is maintaining the correct aspect ratio. Would like to be able to extend each side out 1" to get a 1" border on all four side.

Btw, the output is phenominal. Great program!

Thanks kindly for any help.

Regards and Happy printing in 2009 to all.

Qimage can only print within the limitations of the printer/driver so assuming the driver will allow you to get 1" from the edges, just click the crop button (scissors icon) on the main window and that will allow you to get exact sizes by cropping only what is necessary to achieve that size. Then you can just enter the exact size you want.
