Hi First I am normally a Mac user and I have an Epson 4000 UltraChrome printer. Currently I use Photoshop on my Mac to print to a range of matt fine art papers. I have a XP pc and would like to try Q-Image.

Would Q-image support the printer?
What would be the proceedure for getting underway? Keeping in mind I'm pretty dumb when it comes to PC's (drivers needed) etc???

Thanks for any help. Skomer

Welcome to the PC. It's probably not that different from the Mac world once you familiarize yourself a little with Windows. I'd recommend downloading the Qimage demo and working with that to familiarize yourself, but yes, Qimage is compatible with the 4000 as we have many Epson 4000 owners who also own Qimage. The installation process should be simple. Just install the latest Epson 4000 Windows driver and then install Qimage. You'll be able to select the 4000 in Qimage as your printer, and just start with the "Getting familiar..." section of the help in Qimage. You can post here or email me if you have any questions.
