I've just bought QImage and love it for printing! It's a relief to just keep ha master file (uncropped full sizeaRGB TIFF 8-bit file) and let this little devil handle the rest!
I can see it's possible to resize and convert to web. And I've found a way to print to a file that can be converted to sRGB. However I can't find one way that resize, crop and smartsharp to a sRGB fileAND at the same time keeps capture, EXIF, IPTC and rotation?
I want to make 4'' x 6'' sRGB files ready for on-line print and using this file for sharing/viewing on screen. That's a perfect format to give any friend and familymember without edit-software and skill. Most of the on-line printing shops can just handle sRGB anyway. My software for showing pictures makes thumbnails and make it possible for anyone to download the original (4'' x 6'' file).
It would also be very convinient to use the same resizing, cropping and smartsharpening functionality when I want to make pictures optimized forthe WEBlike a 600x800 size.
