Default Long cables for camera video

I successfully tested a 100 foot video cable hookup for the nikon CP5700 . Quality of image on monitor seems to be equal to using short supplied video cable.
I used a 100 ft TV cable RG6 with F connectors and adapters to provide the RCA connections. Cable is Philips/Magnavox ($23.97 at Lowes) . Adapters (Radio Shack 278-263A, $1.99 and 278-252, $1.99). I used RG6 cable because of its low loss video caracteristics.
