Default Have Xacti: How to play 720P video on TV?

Once I take a video in the HD mode (720P) and download it to my laptop, is is possible to go from the laptop to a HDTV and get a 720P image? If so, how?

If I go straight from the camera to the TV, how do I do that for a 720P image?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

yes this is possible. you get a pcmcia hdmi card, slap the card in your card slot and tell the video player to export video through hdmi.

you get a HDMI compliant laptop.

make sure both laptop and hdtv is hdmi hdcp compliant for blueray encrypted playback for the long run.

make sure your laptop uses nvidia chipset hdmi hdcp and your hdtv uses vga orddvi for hdmi hdcp output to your monitor and make sure both use 1920x1080 resolution. If you are out, there are possibilities but not with a non modern laptop.

I know my tech very well.
