I do not think you can buy it anywhere.

If you want to power it at home you can always use the docking station.

If you have to charge the battery I suggest you charge it off the camera by buying a battery charger. There are 2 ways to do that,.

1. The AC battery charger for C6 battery from Sanyo or other makers, which you should be able to find at reasonable price. You could buy a cheap package of battery + battery charger off ebay.

2. A universal phone batery charger, which is very cheap. It should work.

There is a Parts Distributer that Sanyo told me about. They are at 800-321-6993. I don't know if they have your part, but they had the HD1 Docking station and AC adapter for $134! so I haven't bought it.

I am just charging the battery but don't have a way to play out HD other than through a computer at this point.

Service was one of the things that impressed me with my Canon Optura 300s. I had tape deck reliability problems, sent one unit back to have that fixed. Cost the minimum service charge of $150 (or so) but then when it still was not fixed they repaired it properly for no additional charge, and (much to my surprise) 12 months later replaced a broken Firewire connector free-of-charge. So I got my money's worth out of Canon. And am a happy camper.

I am not sure that Sanyo understands that a $599+ digital camera is expected to be fully supported in the same way Canon seems to support their products...
