Everyday I tell myself to make sure to take the darn HD700 to work so I can put it to use but I always manage to forget to take it but somehow never forget to stop at Starbucks...
Simple solution, buy pants with pockets.

Take some pictures/video in Starbucks.

We won't know for sure until someone gets one and posts. Doing a rough measurement I get 9-10/16". According to the specs:

Size large. Fits cameras with 17-30mm (11/16" - 13/16") diameter of the front lens

Size small. Fits cameras with 10-16mm (3/8" - 10/16") diameter of the front lens

The opening on mine is about 14/16". So I think either will work.

Just another quick video sample: http://www.vimeo.com/442505

I was hoping to have more, but it seems that down in South Texas, whenever I want to do some videoing outside, all of a sudden we get an extremely windy day! This makes fo awkward recording as everything is blowing around and makes for blustery recording anyway. You can still hear the wind a bit on this sample.

Interesting video clip there!

Just think, when he was born, the idea of the average family casually doing their own home movies was simply unthinkable and would remain so for sometime. Now we take it for granted.

I ordered the small version and hope to receive it by Friday 12/21 or 12/22. I'll post a comparison if no one else does this before then.
