Ok guys, this is all 100% my fault. I deleted the only video of importance I've taken with this camera and want to know if there is a way to recover it.

FYI, as soon as I deleted it using the camera menu, I knew of my mistake, powered down the unit and took out the SD card.

I ran the card with Getdataback, but I was only able to recover all thos JPG images I've taken. No MP4 videos showed up.

How could I approach this? As I said, is an important video, since it contains visual evidence of a landlord saying outloud an amount of cash to be returned and a date to complete the transaction.

this sucks :O

Photorec supports mp4 files now:

It's a free, open source utility for image recovery. It's command line (no GUI). But, it works quite well.

That was most helpful JimC, I did recover all the files I've erased (both JPG and MP4), the only problem was that some are corrupted (to be expected), and with my awesome luck... well the one I needed was corrupted too. I will try to fix the file and go from there.

Thanks!
