Sure I will try that but first I will be buying a aftermarket charger. since that is the only thing gone on mine I used the camera more than hte charger.

ha ha ha, thanks took the advice anddod not want to bang the cam, so I ordered a charger dam, and guessed I accedently dropped the cam, and Son of a gun the cam is charging dam dust particals must be on the contacts etc....

So far five mnutes in its charging. to besafe I will still get the charger for 3.00 plus and be happy. I love the hd700 was andstill a great cam.
