I just got the TRancend 150X 4GB, and so far, it is working in my HD-1. I have taken a few pictures, and about 15 minutes of video, without any problems.

The regular 2G sandisk works with C6 and also regular 2G pny ($49 after rebate from f**'s) does good job too.

Still looking for an answer to my earlier question. Has anyone tested the HD1 with the regular speed ("blue") Sandisk SD cards? Is it fast enough to keep up with the 9 Mbps maximum data rate continuously?

I am currently shooting with the Transcend 4GB SD with no problems, but I just got my order for a pair of 2 GB SD Sandisk cards from Dell, and I am debating whether I should keep them for extra shooting capacity, or whether I should try and sell them.

I have tried three SD cards in my HD1 and these are the results:-

Sandisk Ultra II - 512mb - works fine

AData-My Flash Turbo SD 150x - 2GB - works fine

TopRam-150x-4GB - records 2 seconds of video then some red figures appear in the top right hand corner before it stops. It never records more than a 2MB file - any ideas?

I have tried recording non HD video on the TopRam card and the file always gives way around the 2MB mark - obviously it runs longer than about the one second HD video file - but it does claim to be a 150x speed. Any ideas on whether its a formatting problem?

Just thought I would add that the website http://www.sdcard.org/gives more details about the new SD architecture and workings.

There is also a small application to download (free) to check your SD card is working and correct.

here in japan, just bought greenhouse 1gb 150x card for new dmx-c6, and... YES! it works like a charm.... got it really cheap, too (sofmap store going out of biz): less than 6900 yen (under 60 bucks!), which is less than half of what lots of cards at same speed are running here!
