Hi there

I know that the Sanyo C6 can join videos together from the unit itself. I tried to join some videos with the software that is supplied with it and the icon ("merge / join video") isn't even hilighted an won't work. Is there another way of doing it, or am I just retarded?

I don't know about the PC software, but it's really easy with iMovie on the Mac.

There's a program for converting from MP4 to AVI format "MP4CAM2AVI" which has an option "one to one" or "many to one", or something to that effect. It is capable of joining all the MP4 files into a single AVI as it converts them, if desired.

I've never tried it because I prefer to join them separately with a program like virtualdub & add in all the fade effects, etc.

I second Grunchy's suggestion, I just tried it and it works great. It converts and joins all in one move.
