    This is a measuring tool that works ok, tho the number's typography is difficult on my eyes. It has a stencil and a measurement tool that give auto ratios, but it won't let you cut your selection....

    Easy: i will round cut to two decimals.
    That will do it for photography aims.

    1:2 = 0.5
    1:3 = 0.33
    1:4 = 0.25
    4:3 = 1.33
    3:2 = 1.50
    7:5 = 1.40
    phi = 1.62

    Well, you can always round cut to the second or third decimal. So, 4:3 would be 1.333 which is enough an approximation for practical uses.
