That sucks and isterrible!! You should call them everyday and bug them! I had a problem with them and I called them every single day. After a week I got what I wanted. I even told them that I would call them everyday until they did what they were supposed to. Anyway, one thing I noticed, which I appreciate, is that no matter how much I yelled at them, they were so courteous and in a genuine way. So they've given them customer service skills, but they do not know what "action" is. I know it's so frustrating. And you give them so much business too! Tell them that!
