Hello I own a F828 and I have read the operators guide on how to use but with all the buttons and things anybody know where to look to get more info on the settings of this camera and how to use them. The operators guide says what they are but not how to use them. Thanks in advance

What parts are you having difficulty with ?

Most basic books on digital photography will be able to explain the basics of PASM modes, exposure modes , focusing, f-stops , ISO etc

Once you have a basic idea on those, then the best way to learn is via experimentation, take the camera out of auto, select say, aperature priority mode, and take dozens of pics at various settings to see what happens.

Purchase Peter iNova's Sony E-Book here: It will provide you with tons of knowledge.

Beyond that, perhaps if you took at a local school/college, or found online, a basic photography class you would find the information you need.

Remember Sony's own online "Sony 101" also has a lot of basic info .
