i take photos but they have shadows because of the flash. i wan to know if there is a programme i can download of the web to edit these shadows out........



alternaively, will the low flash setting on my camera reduce the chance of shdows?



how do i go around this priblem...dont want to but external lighting devices

Hi Zoom,
Try to take the photo (if you can) with the background far away from the subject.

Try the medium and low settings on the flash. Shot the same piture on each standing in the same location. I haave gotten very good results with mine.

Both were taken in the Flordia Keys in total darkness in Macro mode of a flowering cactus.


The attachment of te Polar bear was taken through a glass in very low light on a low flash setting to reduce glare. Just experiment and you'll get better results. This is an amazing camera!
