Hi
try this link http://www.boehmel.de/lanc.htm How SONY LANCâ„¢ protocol works . http://www.boehmel.de/lanc.htm Seems to lay out what each end every bit in the protocol means! I am looking to make my own remote control for the dsc-v1. I have little idea where to start...as you have made one could you give us some tips? Thanks Groovygorgon |

Hi Midaczy,
as has been already mentioned inanother thread (http://www.stevesforums.com/forums/v...highlight=LANC), some more info about controlling still cameras is here: http://www-e2.ijs.si/damir.vrancic/p...rv900/cameras/ Note that controlling camcorder is much easier than controlling still cameras (unfortunately)... My paper will be published in about a week or so, so I'll probably add my program written for ATMega8 before New Year... Damir |
