Hi All,

This camera seems to get good reviews, but for me the only good thing about it remains its size. Outdoors it take reasonable pictures and I can't complain, but when it comes to indoor shots, omg it's terrible. By this I mean, the flash seems all wrong, always over exposing and causing subjects to look like Ghosts.

I've tried fiddling around with some settings, moving further back, using different flash options, but overall its very disappointing. 70% of my decision to buy this camera was in order to take pics closeup of friends at various occasions and not to have to use it outdoors all the time.

Can anyone help, is it me? The camera, or perhaps there's some firmware update.?

Thanks

Nick

I can help if you'd like?...

What if you lower flash power. In SL-Flash.But shutter speed would be 1/2 important, so it's good to have. Add Iso if the photo is stillblurry one by one, and monitor shutter speed so you can use itin anotherindoor place.

Or use the two person mode. (Found in SCENE in menu)This mode makes the object lightup with a mist in the foreground. To make this work out due to fogginess, use low sl flash, -2.0 ev, and flash white balance.
