![]() Hi everybody, Please help me understand and find a solution to solve my problem. I have a Sony DSC-P100 digital camera (bought in France, 2004). In the summer of 2005 I saw some stains on my photos. I have found that those stains appeared in February 2005. Look at it: http://img294.imageshack.us/my.php?i...cuzoom20lx.jpg (with zoom) http://img295.imageshack.us/my.php?i...arazoom2sl.jpg (without zoom) http://img3.imageshack.us/my.php?ima...maimica0gr.jpg (with zoom) http://img363.imageshack.us/my.php?i...arazoom5vq.jpg (without zoom) I've send it back to France (I still have warranty from the shop) and they have returned without solving the problem. Look: http://img110.imageshack.us/img110/1...c03273r9ce.jpg http://img48.imageshack.us/img48/3658/dsc03274r6kz.jpg How do you think, it is a resolvable problem? Thank you |

It's dust inside the lens which is a very common problem with this camera. You can try a strong vacuum over the lens while it's extended, it worked pretty well for me.

Are you sure? I wonder why the Sony Service didn't that.
The spots are in different places now, so maybe they did that job but not enough, or the sand is glued on the lens. What do you think? Thanks |
